As a certified Meditation teacher certified by Unplug Meditation, Santa Monica, CA, I can lead mindfulness, mantra or guided meditation classes as well as teaching individuals and groups how to create a meditation practice. 


Meditation can enrich one’s life by gently relaxing the mind so that one can more often experience the present moment. The mental and physical benefits of meditation are numerous and considerable in relation to one’s quality of life. There really is no down side to meditation. Research has shown that a meditation practice increases happiness, improves mood,  decreases stress, anxiety, and sensitivity to pain, improves productivity, and improves sleep. Physically, meditation has been proven to decrease blood pressure and lower risk of heart attack and stroke.

I can teach individuals and groups how to meditate and develop a daily meditation practice as well as lead individuals and groups in mindfulness, mantra and guided meditations.
